PLEASE BE AWARE THERE ARE NO TELEVISIONS at The Cloudesley. THERE IS NO TV at The Cloudesley. No refund will be offered if you or a third party booked on your behalf and you were expecting TV.
Cancellation is free five days prior to date of arrival. Thereafter 100% of the value of the booking is due. It is strongly suggested that you obtain travel insurance in case you need to cancel your reservation for any reason including Covid19 or any other illness or for any other reason.
WE DO NOT HAVE A PERMANENTLY MANNED RECEPTION NOR A NIGHT PORTER, THEREFORE CHECK-IN IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE WITHOUT A PRE-ARRANGED CHECK-IN TIME. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED AN ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL AND/OR HAVE NOT INFORMED US OF CHANGES TO YOUR PLANS PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU MAY EXPERIENCE A LONG DELAY GETTING INTO THE PROPERTY.
Check-in is between 3.00pm (15:00hrs) and 9.30pm (21.30hrs) latest. Please note that although you can check-in before 3.00 PM, this is strictly with prior notice only and we do not promise that your room will be ready until 3.00 PM, but you can still check-in and drop off your bags. IF YOUR PLANS CHANGE AND YOUR E.T.A. CHANGES, PLEASE ADVISE US AT YOUR EARLIEST CONVENIENCE.
Minimum Nights: Two night minimum stays may apply for Saturdays and on Bank holidays. When one-night stays become available on Saturdays these are strictly non-refundable.
Basic/Room-only rates, when available, are non-refundable.
If you wish for either Khayyam/Luxury en-suite or Ferdosi/Superior en-suite to be made into twin rooms, there is a £20 surcharge due to additional laundry and preparation costs, and prior notice is necessary.
Damage & Breakages: Guests are responsible and liable for any damage and breakages caused to the accommodation or its contents. These must be reported as soon as they occur.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout this property including garden and outside spaces. If you smoke inside the property a £150 valeting fee and an additional day's room rental value will become due as well as the full value of your booking.
Disabled access: Unfortunately, this property does not lend itself well for disabled access. Regardless, some determined guests have decided to stay. If you are disabled and would still like to be our guest you are very welcome and all will be done that can be to make your stay comfortable within the context of a building that might not have certain facilities you may require.
